3rd Voice members are provincial BC-based organizations or federations, representing networks of community service organizations. The initial organizing focus is on voluntary organizations, community social service organizations, arts and culture organizations, environmental organizations.

The Federation of Community Social Services of BC has been a provincial leader in the child, youth, adult and family serving field for 30 years. We're community social service champions. We provide tools and support that enable community social service agencies to do their best work.

ASPECT

25 years ago ASPECT formed to represent the community based training agencies in British Columbia and ensure people who needed employability skills and career support would have local access to training.
